Production Equipment
- Hot rolling production line: equipped with Φ159 continuous rolling unit, which can realize efficient forming of large-diameter pipes;
- Cold rolling/cold drawing line: introduced German SMS Meer precision cold rolling mill to ensure the processing accuracy of thin-walled pipes;
- Heat treatment system: fully automatic solid solution furnace, temperature control accuracy ±5℃;
- Testing center: equipped with direct reading spectrometer, ultrasonic flaw detector, water pressure testing machine and other equipment.
Quality Management
Implement "full life cycle quality control system":
1. Raw material traceability: purchase SUS316L refined steel billets provided by leading enterprises such as TISCO and Baosteel;
2. Process monitoring: each batch of products undergoes 20 inspection processes, and key parameters are entered into the MES system in real time;
3. Terminal verification: provide third-party SGS test reports to support customers' on-site inspection.
